At Label Prince Collection, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. Therefore, we have a No Return, No Refund policy for all items purchased.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that certain circumstances may require an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

• Share a clear video of the unboxing process (from the moment the package is opened) showing any defects or incorrect items received.

• The video must be shared with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

If the video is not provided or sent after 48 hours of delivery, we regret that we will not be able to process an exchange.
